Privacy Policy
This policy explains what American Business Funds collects when you apply for funding, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect: the information you enter on the application — your name, business name, contact details, how long you have traded, and your approximate monthly revenue — together with standard technical information your browser sends, such as pages viewed and referring source.
Why we collect it: to match your business to lenders in our network who are likely to fund it, and to have a specialist contact you about the offers that come back. We do not sell your information to unrelated parties.
Who sees it: the funding partners we submit your application to, and the service providers who operate this site and our systems on our behalf. They are bound to use it only for that purpose.
Children's privacy: this site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices: you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time, by calling the number on this site.
Advertising, remarketing and sharing with our funding partner
This site carries the Google Ads tag. When you visit, Google sets a cookie in your browser that records the visit: the pages you viewed, when, and an identifier for your browser. It does not record the name, phone number, email or answers you give in the application.
American Business Funds works with a business funding company, our funding partner. It uses those records, through its Google Ads account, to show you ads for business funding on other websites and apps. Under California law that may be "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and some other states treat it as targeted advertising.
You can opt out on Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. This site also honors Global Privacy Control: a browser that sends it is opted out automatically. You can also manage how Google uses your data at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
